The hotel has a great location right on the beach, close to night bars, and just a few minutes' walk from all the action. The service was friendly and helpful, especially with arranging motorbike rental and airport transfer. The dining experience was somewhat lacking, but the pool area was pleasant. Overall, good value for money in a quieter area of Patong Beach.

Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were beautifully decorated and facing the beach, offering a perfect view, but there was a noticeable smell of sewerage. The upper-level bar and restaurant were exceptional, and the staff was not only very helpful but also polite. Despite some issues, I had a pleasant stay overall.
